Marcela Neves is Community Programming Manager at The Hague Humanity Hub and programme manager for the Hub’s Digitisation Programme. This programme encompasses two ongoing cybersecurity projects Cyber Secure The Hague and Cyber Resilience for NGOs: A Collective Intelligence Effort, and ad hoc learning sessions and knowledge exchange activities around machine learning and artificial intelligence.
