It provides a unique platform to showcase programmes, projects, and approaches that strengthen the cybersecurity talent landscape.

Did you know you can contribute to the future of cybersecurity by participating in the Talent Hub at the ONE Conference?

This year, the ONE Talent Hub focuses on four key themes:

  • Talent & Diversity – Promoting inclusion, equal opportunities, and diverse talent in cybersecurity.
  • Talent & Youth – Inspiring and supporting the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Talent & Development – Focusing on education, training, and continuous talent development.
  • Talent & Labour Market – Bridging the talent gap by connecting talent with opportunities in the cybersecurity ecosystem. 

By joining the ONE Talent Hub, you’ll engage with an international community of cybersecurity experts, policymakers, educators, and organisations working to strengthen the cybersecurity workforce. It’s a chance to share your initiative, inspire new talent, and build valuable partnerships within the community.

Participation is free of charge, but places are limited and organisations will be selected based on their contribution to one or more of the ONE Talent Hub themes and the overall quality of their initiative.

Criteria

  • The organisation or initiative is officially registered or clearly organised (for example as a company, foundation, educational institution, or program).
  • The organisation operates within one (or more) of the four Talent Hub themes.
  • The initiative demonstrably contributes to talent development, talent retention, or connecting talent.
  • The organisation presents a concrete program, project, service, or approach.
  • The initiative already has participants, partners, or users.

If you meet these criteria and would like to present your organisation or initiative in the ONE Talent Hub, please submit your application in time.

Important Information

  • Submission closes on Sunday, 19 April 2026.
  • After the deadline, applications will go through a selection process.
  • By the last week of May, applicants will be notified about the selection.
  • ONE Conference: Tuesday 6 October & Wednesday 7 October 2026.
