Rogier Besemer

Rogier Besemer leads the Cyber Unit at Nederlandsche Bank. This includes both the Dutch TIBER-program (Threat Intelligence Based Ethical Red-teaming) and the financial sector intelligence team. TIBER-NL is one of the TIBER-EU implementations. Aim of TIBER-EU is to increase cyber resilience in Europe via strong collaboration between the National Central Banks and the ECB that have adopted TIBER. Previously Rogier worked as Cyber Resilience Expert at De Volksbank and as cyber advisor for the Dutch minister of Safety and Justice. He lives in Amsterdam with his wife and kids. He does not wear clogs but does like Tulips.
