Esther Schagen-van Luit

Esther Schagen-van Luit recently joined the Information Security Forum as Principal of Services Benelux, where she is responsible bringing ISF research and tools to the Benelux market and helping members make the most of their membership with ISF. Previously she served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Deloitte Netherlands and Deloitte Belgium, after having had a career in cybersecurity strategy consulting. Esther is an active speaker on information security, diversity and talent development in the industry. She is a role model dedicated to motivating more girls and women for a career in the security sector and was selected as the FD Top 50 Talents under 35 in 2023. She is also a SER Topvrouw and Board Member at the Nederlandse Vrouwen Raad (Dutch Women Society).
