Esther Baars

Esther is an experienced prosecutor at the Netherlands Public Prosecution Service. After a 3-year step-out as a solicitor-general on Aruba, she now holds the office of National Prosecutor High Tech Crime in the National Office of the Public Prosecutor. In international investigations led by her, cooperation with private parties is a frequent practice. Convinced that it is a necessity to join forces to combat cybercrime, she welcomes sustainable forms of cooperation.
