Dion Koeze

Researcher at the National Cyber Security Centre-NL

As researcher at the National Cyber Security Centre-NL Dion Koeze aims to do research that makes The Netherlands cyber resilient. While working with the reseach team to further the NCSC-NL research agenda, his current focus is on the effect of generative AI on the work of cyber security professionals, and how crypto-agility can help in preparing for the post-quantum migration.
Before this research position, Dion was a computer science lecturer at Avans university of applied sciences in Breda. There he taught courses on AI, security by design, algorithms and functional programming.
Dion holds a PhD in physics from TU Delft and has done research in a variety of areas, however this research is characterised by being on the intersection of natural science, IT, and for the benefit of society.
