Simon Veen is a senior risk management advisor at NCSC-NL. He has been involved in risk and threat analysis for almost 10 years at both a national and international level. He developed his analytical insight and skills working as an analyst in military intelligence for the Dutch MoD. After seeing firsthand the geopolitical implications of threat actors utilizing the digital domain and the risks this posed to national security. This led him join NCSC-NL in order to dedicate himself to increasing digital resilience in the Netherlands, focusing primarily making risk management reachable and repeatable.
