Raymond Bierens is a PhD researcher on decision-making processes on digital risk at the Amsterdam Business Research Institute of the University of Amsterdam and chairman of the Connect2Trust Foundation. Connect2Trust is the largest multinational CTI-sharing organization in Europe that is acknowledged by government. He also is a strategic advisor to the Dutch Government on several topics related to cyber resilience with his 25 years of experience in the field at Accenture and Atos as Global VP for Defense, Intelligence and Critical National Infrastructure. Raymond holds two master’s degrees, various scientific publications and is a lecturer IT Audit & Risk at the Vrije Universiteit and Digital Risk at the Groningen University.
