Ralph Horn is a Senior CTI Specialist at the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC-NL) where he investigates emerging digital threats, mainly focusing on cybercrime and edge device exploitation. Ralph has a background in incident response and security research. He has investigated high profile digital intrusions and emerging cyber security vulnerabilities and their exploitation in the wild. From 2021 to 2024 Ralph volunteered at the Dutch Institute for Vulnerability Disclosure (DIVD) as a CSIRT Operations Lead. Many of those investigations involved the use or exploitation of edge devices. Ralph believes being ‘cyber safe’ is a fundamental right, and as such he dedicates himself to contribute in building a more digitally secured Netherlands.
