Paul is an experienced, innovative, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in IT strategy, governance, project management, and consulting. He has been active in both Fortune 500 multinationals and the public sector, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Over the past ten years, Paul has led negotiations with Big Tech on privacy and security for various entities, including the Netherlands government. Currently, at NCSC-NL, he focuses on international cooperation within and outside the EU to ensure the safety of cyberspace.
