As CISO Concern for the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, Oscar defines the information security strategy and policy at the corporate level for all executive organizations, agencies, and the ministery. The CISO Concern reports to senior management on, among other things, the information security policy pursued, progress of implementing measures, incidents, investigations, and audits. Oscar is driven to strengthen digital security for everyone and with everyone. He is currently working on protection against geopolitical threats at various management levels.
