Mieke van Ulden is a strategic and connecting leader in the field of cyber resilience and public-private collaboration. She heads a team of highly skilled professionals at the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) of the Netherlands. Her team works with government bodies, regulators, and vital infrastructure organizations to strengthen the country’s digital resilience. Operating across all sectors, they build long-term, trust-based relationships and actively foster public-private cooperation within the Cyber Resilience Network (CWN).

Mieke played a leading role in launching the Cyber Resilience Network and continues to shape its development as a key foundation for national cyber security. Her team is dedicated to enabling structural collaboration across sectors.

With a background in program leadership, communication and relationship management, Mieke brings a unique ability to translate policy into practical action. She has contributed to initiatives such as the Online Trust Coalition and the Anti-DDoS Coalition, and is known for fostering effective collaboration in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Mieke has previously spoken at both The ONE Conference and Black Hat London, sharing strategic insights on operationalizing public-private collaboration in cybersecurity. These experiences reflect her commitment to building coalitions that connect strategic policy, operational needs, and societal impact.
