Max Dijkstra is a senior risk management advisor at NCSC-NL. He combines his technical experience with his background as a political scientist, thereby incorporating technical nuance in strategic-level discussions with the objective of contributing to achieving an appropriate level of cyber resiliency. Within the knowledge and advisory team of NCSC-NL, he develops adoption of structured analytic techniques, executes risk analysis trajectories and risk management in the broader sense.
Before NCSC-NL, he enjoyed a career as a technical engineer and a SOC-analyst at a managed security service provider and later on as a senior security consultant. He graduated cum laude from the Leiden University with a master’s in Crisis and Security Management.
