Matthijs Jaspers is responsible for international public-private partnerships in the cyber domain at the Dutch National Police. In this role he strengthens cross-border collaboration and drives strategic initiatives connecting law enforcement, industry, and academia to combat cyber threats. Previously, he led the strategic investigations team of the National High Tech Crime Unit (NHTCU) and served as advisor on cyber partnerships, contributing to national strategy development and building strong multi-sector alliances.
