Koen van Rhee is Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance a.i. at Odido, the Netherlands’ largest mobile operator. With twenty years in telecoms, cybersecurity and risk management, he has seen the full spectrum: from technical penetration testing to risk leadership.
At Odido, his scope covers enterprise risk and privacy through to crisis management and the Cyber Defense Center.. He was part of the team that handled the February 2026 cyber incident, a crisis of national significance he faced with both his technical depth and governance perspective. As Vice-Chair of the Dutch Telecommunications ISAC, he brings that expertise to the broader industry.
