Ms. Klara Marland leads the Women in International Security and Cyberspace (WiC) Fellowship at the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE). With a background in cyber diplomacy and a strong commitment to multilateral cooperation, she has supported over 110 women diplomats from 55 underrepresented and developing countries to actively participate in UN cyber negotiations. Klara is passionate about advancing gender equity, strengthening cyber capacity, and fostering cross-sector partnerships. She regularly speaks on issues of inclusion, international security, and cyber capacity building in global cyber governance, and is committed to contributing to diplomacy and peace within the UN framework.
