Jessica Conquet is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT architecture and audit. She specializes in architecting rigorous and flexible cybersecurity practices designed to navigate the complexities of business transformation, globalization, and the demands of new-era digitization.
Previously serving for a decade as a Global CISO in the financial sector, Jessica joined Randstad in 2023 as Global CISO. In this capacity, she leads a robust team that supports 39 markets worldwide, driven by her vision for sustainable service portfolios and a deep operational knowledge of modern cybersecurity technologies.
She is currently driving the strategic integration of AI Security across the business, balancing the pursuit of innovation with the critical imperative to evolve cyber offense and defense strategies to meet the challenges of this new risk era.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Jessica serves on the Advisory Board of Security Delta (HSD), co-hosts The Advanced Program Cyber Security and Governance at TIAS University, and sits on the advisory board for the Master Cyber Security & Risk Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
