Guido is a senior researcher at Dialogic and acted as a projectmember in the research regarding cryptography dependencies. He has a background as a data scientist and philosopher, and he has multiple years of experience conducting policy evaluations for Dutch ministeries. The themes that he focusses on are responsible digitization, cybersecurity and AI. Examples of research projects are the evaluation of the Dutch National Cybersecurity Strategy, analyses regarding Big Tech dependencies for the Dutch Ministery of Education, Culture and Sciences, and the evaluation of subsidies to improve cyber resilience of SME’s in Belgium and The Netherlands.
