DR. DANIEL SHORE has a PhD in Workplace Psychology and works as a facilitator, consultant, and researcher, leading development initiatives for multi-team systems in complex and unpredictable environments. His expertise in helping cybersecurity leaders and teams build resilience under constant pressure was developed through his involvement in a 5-year research project, funded by the US Department of Homeland Security, Dutch, & Swedish governments, which aimed to identify the social-behavioral drivers of cybersecurity effectiveness. Dr. Shore applies the insights from this work to bring a human-centered approach to strengthening individual and collective resilience in cybersecurity. As a co-founder of MultiTeam Solutions, he currently trains cybersecurity professionals in the public and private sectors, including at conferences such as the SANS CTI Summit, Black Hat USA, and the ONE Conference.
