Daan Rijnders is an independent strategic advisor and the founder of Dotter. He helps public and private organisations, industry networks and regions to increase their digital security, resilience, and sovereignty. And as a builder he collaborates with experienced researchers and practitioners to translate innovative technologies and knowledge to concrete new solutions. Previously, Daan worked on strengthening the cybersecurity ecosystem and the digital resilience of The Hague. From The Hague city hall, he led the development of the Cyber Secure The Hague program, the Security Delta cluster and The Hague’s cyber preparations & operations for the NATO Summit 2025.
