Christa de Pagter is a Senior Public Prosecutor. As the National Coordinating Public Prosecutor for Cybercrime, she focuses on combating cybercrime and on the investigation and prosecution of cybercrime offences. Before specializing in cybercrime, she handled a wide range of criminal cases and coordinated the prosecution of serious traffic offences.
Although moving into cybercrime initially felt like a significant and somewhat daunting career change, it ultimately proved to be the most rewarding portfolio she has worked on.
