Belle Webster specializes in public-private partnerships at the intersection of cybersecurity, governance and strategy. She is a member of the Management Team and head of the Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange unit at the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). In this position, she plays a central role in shaping public-private partnerships within cybersecurity systems. With her unifying leadership, she guides the strengthening of collaboration between government, critical infrastructure and other partners. With a career spanning from legal practice to the port and cybersecurity sectors, Belle is committed to connecting public objectives and private execution power. She was previously responsible for IT and cybersecurity at the Port of Amsterdam and founded the North Sea Canal Area ISAC, a leading initiative for regional public-private partnerships in cybersecurity.
