Alejandra is the living example of reinventing oneself: after a fulfilling career of 19 years in the Oil and Gas Industry, where she held several technical and non-technical positions in the digital domain, she joined the independent non-profit organization Platform Talent for Technology (PTvT) in October 2024. Here she is using her experience in project management, community building and enthusiasm for STEM to lead the Dutch Human Capital Agenda ICT-Cybersecurity program. She is convinced that by streamlining the existing effort of the very active Dutch cybersecurity more (female) professionals will see what a great contribution to society they can make by joining the fight against cybercrime.
