Day 1 concludes with the signing of covenant Melissa. Melissa is a partnership between the Public Prosecution Service, the National Police, Cyberveilig Nederland, and the National Cyber Security Center that focuses on the countering of the ransomware threat. The signing of the covenant officially ratifies the cooperation between the parties involved. Because only by combining our strengths and knowledge we can really make a fist against ransomware.
