• Appointments for matchmaking can be made in the webbased app.
• Appointments last a standard 20 minutes. After these 20 minutes, please leave the table for other participants. If you want to chat for longer, there are ample other seats and tables at the venue where you can continue your meeting. Please leave the table empty and clean for the next people.

Quick start guide

• The matchmaking fearure in the web-based app is only available for attendees who selected matchmaking during registration.

  • Complete your profile – the web-based app will suggest the right people for you based on your details.

  • View recommended connections.

  • Browse profiles and choose who you would like to connect with.

  • Chat and arrange meetings in the matchmaking area or other designated meeting points.

  • Only attendees who have indicated in their registration that they would like to take part in the matchmaking and have answered the matchmaking questions will automatically be listed in the “Participants matchmaking list”. If you would like to remove your visibility in this list go to “Account”, choose “Settings” and untick the “Show me in the guest list” box.

  • If during the registration process you indicated that you will not make use of the matchmaking but you have changed your mind you can always go to “Matchmaking” in the app and answer the relevant questions. Please note that you will also have to go to “Account”, choose “Settings” and tick the “Show me in the guest list” box to be visible to other matchmaking participants.
