At the ONE Conference we do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. This Code of Conduct explains the expectations for anyone attending ONE Conference.

Participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Discrimination of any kind, including offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or technology choices.
• Harassment of any kind, including intimidation, stalking or following, doxing, inappropriate physical contact or advances, unwelcome sexual attention, or any form of physical violence.
• Unwanted recording of any kind, including audio or video recording or photography of no-publicity sessions, harassing photography or recording, and bringing or using smart glasses anywhere at the conference. Disruption of any session or other part of the conference.

• Attendees must act lawfully and ethically at all times. Do not access, scan, probe, or disrupt any system, network, or device you do not own or have explicit written permission to test, including venue infrastructure, conference networks, sponsor systems, and other attendees’ devices. Do not intercept communications or collect, scrape, or misuse others’ personal data. If you find a vulnerability in conference systems or a third party’s product, report it privately and promptly to the organisers or the affected vendor rather than exploiting or publicizing it..

• Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviour.

Participants who are asked to stop any unwanted behaviour are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unwanted behaviour, the conference organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expelling them from the conference.

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behaviour, or have any other concerns, please notify a member of the conference crew as soon as possible by visiting the registration desk.

We expect all participants to abide by this Code of Conduct to help safeguard a safe and inclusive environment at ONE Conference.
