Cécile Volten

Cécile Volten is a PhD researcher at TU Delft’s Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management. Her research examines the effectiveness of governance measures introduced to counter cybercrime. Her current work uses the 2022 Conti chat logs to reconstruct the group’s internal value chain and identify where ransomware operations are most vulnerable to disruption.
