Tommy van der Vorst is one the partners at Dialogic, a policy research firm in The Netherlands. He was the project leader of the research regarding cryptography dependencies. Tommy has a technical background and knowledge, which enables him to bridge the gap between policymakers and specialists. The insights and advice he provides to clients are largely based on quantitative data and models. Themes that he focuses on include mobile networks, cybersecurity, and machine learning. His clients are, amongst others such as the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Rijksinspectie Digitale Infrastructuur (RDI), Alliander, Enexis, Eurostat, ITU, and various other Dutch ministries and provinces.
