Speakers, exhibitors and sponsors

How can I become a sponsor of the ONE Conference? 
We are a non-commercial conference and do not offer sponsorship packages. 

I would like to participate with a session at the ONE Conference. 
From 12 March onwards, you can submit your session via the Call for Participation on this website until 19 April 2026. 

Our organisation would like to have a stand at the EXPO. Could you send me more information? 
You can complete the Call for Participation for the EXPO via this website. After submission, a selection process will take place, and you will be informed by the end of May whether your application has been successful. 

Registration and invitations

I have attended the ONE Conference in previous years but have not received an invitation this time. How can I still gain access to the ONE Conference? 
Participation in previous years does not guarantee an invitation for this edition. We have limited capacity and would also like to give new participants the opportunity to attend. If you would like to receive an invitation, you can request one via this website under registration. 

I would like to attend the ONE Conference. Where can I register? 
If you have received an invitation, you can use the link in your email to register. This link is personal and non-transferable. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to request one, you can do so via this website under registration. 

I registered for one of the days but can no longer attend. May my colleague attend the ONE Conference in my place? 
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Invitations are personal and non-transferable. Your colleague can request an invitation via  this website under registration. 

I would like to change my registration. What is the best way to do this? 
You can log in via the confirmation email you received and amend your registration there. 

Your visit

I attended the ONE Conference. Can I receive proof of attendance for my accreditation points? 
You can send an email with your request to info@one-conference.nl. 

I am coming to the ONE Conference. Is there a discount for a nearby hotel? 
Unfortunately, we do not have package deals with nearby hotels. You can find hotels and other things to do during your stay via:

I am attending the ONE Conference and would like to see the list of other visitors. 
Unfortunately, this is not possible due to GDPR regulations. However, three weeks before the event you can complete your profile in the event app, where you can also connect with other participants. 

Is a driving licence a valid form of ID for access to the ONE Conference? 
Yes, a driving licence is a valid form of identification when presented together with your QR code for entry. 

I do not wish to appear in photos or videos. How can I indicate this? 
You can send an email to info@one-conference.nl to inform us of this.
