Nicolas Castellon is the Director of Cybersecurity Services for the Nordics, Benelux, and Iberian regions at Sygnia. He oversees end-to-end services, from Incident Response to Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR). Nicolas began his career in the think tank sector, where he published strategic and tactical insights on cybersecurity. He later joined a global systems integrator, contributing to complex, large-scale cybersecurity projects for EU institutions.
Most recently, he led the Nordics cybersecurity practice for a major European integrator, with a focus on the Automotive, Pharmaceuticals and Energy sectors. Nicolas positions cybersecurity as an enabler for business growth, helping organizations weave resilience and trust into large‑scale transformations.
