In this interactive workshop attendees will gain an understanding on the role that threat intelligence can play in reducing risk
You are the new CISO of a telco based in the Netherlands with subsidiaries across Western Europe. The board have recently taken the decision to phase out all Chinese vendors in the core network. You have a nascent threat intelligence function and the CIO and board have tasked you to produce an intelligence led strategy risk review and to refresh the cyber security function of the telco.
You have been given a report on the high-level threats to the telco. You need to think about how you are going to build out the risk register and how the tactical, operational and strategic functions will mitigate your identified risks. You will need to then look at the risk register as a whole and decide in what functions you will prioritise over others.
