Cybersecurity behavior decomposed

This talk will elaborate on the role of organizational culture on the human factor in cybersecurity. From psychology, we gain valuable insights into the different factors that determine people’s behavior. In previous talks, these factors (motivation and opportunity) were introduced at a more abstract level. In the past three years, we have dived into this matter for a large variety of organizations. This allowed us to further break down motivation and opportunity supported by empirical data. This presentation will explain more in depth which factors are crucial in determining behavior, based on qualitative as well as quantitative data.
