Frank Fransen received a MSc in Information Technology at the Technical University of Eindhoven in 1995. He is currently employed as a Senior Scientist in the Cyber Security & Technologies group of TNO. His research at TNO involves mobile network security, automation of cybersecurity operations (a.o. in smart energy grids), and autonomous cyber resilience. Frank was technical coordinator of H2020 project SOCCRATES, and is leading TNO’s contribution in HEU project eFORT.
