Raymond Doijen is teamleader at the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) of the Ministry of Justice and Security of the Netherlands. He is responsible for knowledge exchange en development within the NCSC, and in this role, also involved in the anti-DDoS coalition. In his 25-year working carreer, he had several positions in the field of information and cyber security. During his study Mathematics at the Technical University of Eindhoven, he specialized in cryptology and coding theory. Afterwards, he was researcher at KPN and worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a senior cryptographer. After several positions as projectleader and manager at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, he joined the NCSC in 2016. He also obtained a Master in Information Management at TiasNimbas.
