Konstantinos has extensive experience in internet policy and governance issues, leading policy development and coordination on issues relating to the digital economy, including access and competition, intellectual property, cybersecurity, technology trade and internet governance. He has held various leadership roles, having served as chair of the Non-Commercial Users Constituency at ICANN and as a member of the Special Trademark Issues team. Before joining the Internet Society, Konstantinos worked as a senior lecturer at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and authored the book The Current State of Domain Name Regulation.
