Frank Hendriks leads a team of 30 investigators of the NHTCU, the Dutch national police unit dedicated to investigating advanced forms of national and international cybercrime. Frank was the project leader of operation Hansa. During that operation a team of Dutch law enforcement officers was able to seize the darknet market known as Hansa Market and kept control over the market for several weeks. Frank started his career with the Netherlands Police Agency in 1989 as a police officer. After 9 years he became a detective and worked at cases such as murder, robbery, violence and fraud. For the last 13 years he worked as a project leader at the Dutch National Police Agency. At first he became specialized in counterterrorism, but also worked on child exploitation cases. For the last five years Frank works at the NHTCU.
