Wouter Klijnsoonis a Prevent Officer at the THTC of the Dutch National Police. He is a criminologist that over the years has interviewed hundreds of offenders at probation and now uses that experience to build police interventions. Wouter is working in a multidisciplinary team, the Cyber Offender Prevention Squad (COPS), on the development, implementation and evaluation of interventions aimed at cybercrime offender prevention. Because of his interest in pathways into cybercrime and how to raise effective barriers he collaborates closely with academia and public-private partnerships.
