What if we could build a culture of security that allows to make mistakes?
What if we recognised the critical role people play in complex systems?
What if we were more conscious of the way people think and act when they do their daily work?

Let's all take a good look in the mirror and remember for whom we are doing our daily work: people, normal people who just want to do their jobs. People who care about security but don't want to remember a gazillion complex steps.

We will explore the human mind: biases, decision making, risk-taking and the way humans interact with systems. And we will explore how other industries like aviation and healthcare are dealing with such interactions in their ‘new view’ of safety.

Let’s use those insights to hack our brains and improve our approach!
