The fight against cyber crime seems to be an administrative process rather then an actual fight with many partners. The odds are against us: 1 in 8 civilians, 1 in 5 companies are a victim while the resolution rates are close to zero. We aim to turn the tide. What would happen if we would stop focusing on reports and prosecution and start generating relevant data and sharing them with the right partners who can act. Can we reinvent the process of the fight against cyber crime in such a manner that all involved parties have an added value?
